Strangers = Guests

Select 'Strangers' for each question the guest should see.

Registered People = People

Select 'Registered People' for each question regular visitors/staff/people added to the Sync Scan dashboard should see.

Both = People added to the dashboard + Strangers

Select 'Both' for each question everyone should see.
