Kiosk Not Reading Your Barcode?

Turn up your screen brightness so the kiosk can read your barcode.



Other Possible Fixes:

  • Turn off the kiosk for 30 seconds and power back up.

  • Make sure there are no updates in your SyncScan.Cloud dashboard. If there are updates, go ahead and update the kiosk.
